Finding Light in Every Fracture and Listening for Silence in Every Wave
Ryu Dong-hyuk’s images emerge from the edges— between trembling and stillness, pain and freedom.
He does not aim to overcome the wound, but to stay with it, speak from within it.
Photography, for him, is not a pursuit of perfection, but a quiet act of endurance, a way of naming what resists being named.
Through the sea, he reflects his own fractures.
Through blur, he offers others a way to see their own.
